This policy explains how the iOS app Darts Scoreboard ("the app") handles information. The app is published by us, and we are responsible for the information described here (the data controller).
Player names, scores, match history, levels/XP and settings are stored only on your device (iOS local storage). We have no servers and no user accounts, and we do not receive this data. Deleting the app deletes it.
The free version shows banner ads served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, Google's SDK may process: the device's vendor/advertising identifiers, IP address (used to estimate coarse location), device and app information, ad interactions, and crash/performance diagnostics. We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you.
No cross-app tracking. The app does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access the IDFA. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland). All ads in the app are non-personalised: they are not based on your interests or on your activity in other apps and websites. Before ads are requested, the app shows Google's consent message (User Messaging Platform), where you decide whether Google may store and access information on your device to serve and measure ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy / Ad choices. If you do not give consent, Google may show limited ads or no ads.
More: How Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google Privacy Policy.
The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. The app only stores locally whether the purchase is active, and can restore it via Apple.
The app may show Apple's standard rating prompt. Sharing a result card happens only when you tap Share, through the iOS share sheet; you choose where it goes.
Storing and accessing information on your device for advertising (EEA, UK, Switzerland): your consent, given in the consent message and withdrawable at any time in Settings → Privacy / Ad choices (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the ePrivacy rules). Showing non-personalised ads, fraud prevention and diagnostics: our legitimate interest in funding a free app (Art. 6(1)(f)). Purchases: performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), handled by Apple.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing and to data portability, and to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or your local authority. Because we hold no personal data about you, requests about ad data are best directed to Google; we will help you with that.
The app is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EEA where applicable) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We will update this page if the app's data practices change. Contact: appsinsights@gmail.com.
